Unfortunate man and woman

2 more concepts from Richie Ramirez's working titled project. The specs for these guys were very simple: "Unfortunate men and women are the undying inmates of the Forgotten Asylum.  They need to be very humanoid. Also most importantly, I don't want them to be necessarily disgusting. Seeing them should invoke sadness, not disgust" So the over all appearance was up to me. While invoking sadness was key they also needed to give off an unsettling or frightening appearance. These guys impart a moral dilemma for the main character. lets just say "you can't judge a book by its cover" 

*UPDATE* "The Warden wanders the forgotten asylum with his long pike, and covered face, making sure the men and women stay in their cells." I wanted to continue the unsettling quality with this guy and also wanted to add a "steed" of sorts for him to use.  I had a couple of other contorted fconcepts for him and his "ride" I'll probably upload those to my tumblr for those interested.
